-Valid LPN license from an accredited school of practical nursing
-Familiarity with electronic health record systems
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
-Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
-Provide professional nursing care under physician supervision for clinic patients.
-Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes or abnormalities
-Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
observes, records, and reports patient's condition and reaction to drugs and treatments to physicians.
-Explains/schedules proposed tests/therapy to patients
-Handles referrals/pre-certs,making sure appropriate paperwork/electronic health record is completed.
-Adheres to all policies and procedures including HIPAA, OSHA, and CLIA regulations.
-Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records using electronic health record systems
