Ideal for high schoolers, college students, and adults with experience in aquatics, education, childcare, or customer service. No experience necessary; enthusiasm and a positive attitude are enough.
Responsibilities include teaching swim lessons to small groups using a proven curriculum, communicating progress to parents, supervising as needed, and lifeguarding. Shallow-water lifeguard certification is provided.
Compensation ranges from $12.00 to $16.00 per hour with flexible full- and part-time shifts, leadership opportunities, and paid training.
