Responsibilities include preparing food according to recipes and standards, restocking supplies, cleaning and maintaining stations, and ensuring safety and sanitation. Must be able to stand for long periods, lift up to 40 pounds, and follow instructions accurately. Previous prep or line cook experience is preferred. Key duties involve food preparation, quality control, teamwork, equipment maintenance, and adhering to health codes. Strong knowledge of kitchen procedures, safety, and presentation is essential.
