Job Details

We are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Permanent Litigation Associate. This role will provide the successful candidate with an opportunity to work on complex litigation matters, offering a unique blend of responsibilities and challenges. The ideal candidate will be an experienced professional with a strong background in drafting, motion practice, trial, regulations, compliance, and business resolution.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage all phases of litigation from initiation to disposition, including drafting pleadings, discovery, motion practice, and trial preparation.
  • Provide advice and counsel to clients on matters related to compliance, regulations, and business resolution.
  • Develop and implement effective litigation strategies that align with clients' business objectives.
  • Collaborate with a cross-functional team to ensure the delivery of high-quality legal services.
  • Conduct thorough and detailed investigations to uncover facts and evidence for litigation.
  • Stay updated with current laws, regulations, and industry trends to provide accurate advice and proactive solutions.
  • Represent clients in court, before government agencies, or in private legal matters.

Qualifications:
  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in litigation, preferably within the Accounting + Finance industry.
  • Proficient in drafting, motion practice, trial, regulations, compliance, and business resolution.
  • Exceptional analytical skills and a detail-oriented mindset.
  • Strong negotiation and excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage high workloads and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.
  • Member in good standing with a State Bar.
  • Proficiency in using legal software and technology.
