About the Position:
We are working with an established Chicago law firm that has an immediate need for a litigation attorney to join its busy practice as an associate. This entrepreneurial firm has created an environment where attorneys can develop strong business practices, and its litigation practice group handles a range of business disputes and commercial litigation matters including real estate, bankruptcy, trusts and estates, and finance and lending disputes.

Responsibilities:
· Assist with representing clients in a range of commercial litigation and business disputes
· Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery

Required Qualifications:
· 2 to 4 years of commercial business litigation experience
· Experience drafting litigation documents, as well as overseeing discovery
· Court experience required

Location:
Chicago, IL (Hybrid)

Compensation:
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $180,000 – $235,000.
