Description

  • The Firm's practice is diverse and includes commercial construction and real estate litigation, labor law and transactional work in real estate and commercial matters.

  • Training specific to those areas of law is possible for the right candidate.

  • Consulting with clients

  • Working as part of litigation team on complex matters

  • Preparing case files

  • Drafting pleadings, discovery demands and responses, motion papers and legal briefs

  • Document review and production

  • Legal research

  • Court appearances and case related conferences

  • Assist in or conduct depositions

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • New York Bar Admission

  • Must have New York litigation experience

  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written

  • Strong research, writing and litigation skills

  • Analytical thinker

  • Detail oriented

  • Proficient computer skills

  • Strong in time management and organization

  • First chair trial experience is a plus

  • Ideal Candidate - litigation attorney - associate attorney - attorney or counsel or lawyer
