Description

An established law firm in Birmingham, Alabama is seeking to add an experienced, organized and proficient Legal Secretary to their team.

Responsibilities:

  • Schedule meetings
  • Manage calendars – including sending invitations and reminders when
  • Opening, organizing and managing files
  • Drafting documents and correspondence
  • Typing and formatting legal documents

Requirements:

  • Candidates must have six years of legal secretary experience with a minimum of 2 years experience in a litigation support role with a law firm or corporate legal department.
  • Must be proficient in MS Word 2010 and use of dictation equipment
  • Minimum 60-65 wpm typing required, typing test will be given to qualified candidates.
