An established law firm in Birmingham, Alabama is seeking to add an experienced, organized and proficient Legal Secretary to their team.
- Schedule meetings
- Manage calendars – including sending invitations and reminders when
- Opening, organizing and managing files
- Drafting documents and correspondence
- Typing and formatting legal documents
- Candidates must have six years of legal secretary experience with a minimum of 2 years experience in a litigation support role with a law firm or corporate legal department.
- Must be proficient in MS Word 2010 and use of dictation equipment
- Minimum 60-65 wpm typing required, typing test will be given to qualified candidates.
