We are seeking a Motor Grader Operator with 1-3 years of experience for a full-time, in-person role earning $25/hour.
Responsibilities include operating a motor grader for grading, leveling, and shaping surfaces, conducting pre-operation inspections, following project plans, maintaining records, and ensuring safety on-site.
Qualifications required are a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver’s license, heavy equipment operator certification, and proven experience operating a motor grader (5 years preferred). Candidates should have strong grading skills, the ability to interpret blueprints, and work well in various weather conditions.
