Function of the Group:
Multifamily Capital (MFC) is a sub-segment within Real Estate. MFC includes Agency Lending and Tax Credit product offerings with origination, underwriting, asset management, servicing, finance, technology and compliance teams. MFC regularly uses contingent resources to assist with the demands of peak volumes and special projects. The resources will work under the leadership of existing managers.
Initiatives/Projects: Agency Lending Asset Management responsibilities will include supporting commercial / multifamily loan level asset management function including financial statement and rent roll analysis using technology solutions available and other special project support.
Industry background: Real Estate background, multifamily real estate big plus
Team Dynamic: The Asset Management team is structured with Associate Asset Managers, loan support staff, and Asset Managers. Associates and loan support personnel work closely with and directly support the Asset Managers, providing analytical, operational, and administrative assistance across assigned portfolios.
Roles/Responsibilities:
Provide day to day administrative support to Asset Managers and Associate Asset Managers across assigned portfolios, ensuring timely completion of recurring Asset Management tasks.
Assist with departmental task tracking, reporting, and coordination to support quarterly and annual Asset Management deliverables.
Support the collection, tracking, and submission of quarterly and annual borrower financials in coordination with Associate Asset Managers.
Assist with data entry and validation of financial statements, rent rolls, and related reporting inputs in Enterprise systems to support timely Asset Manager review.
May review and process customer requests related to the servicing of assets including coordination of various escrow draws.
Another aspect of this job will be testing new and existing applications and providing feedback as necessary.

Summary:
Responsible for reviewing new loan application requests to ensure that all required forms and/or documentation have been provided by the borrower.
Job Responsibilities:
Works in a team environment gathering outstanding conditions and upon receipt performs analysis and prepares files for closing documents.
Provides support to the Lending Officer, underwriting and documentation and closing departments.
Assists supervisor and underwriting area in pipeline planning.
