Lodging Representative II - Patient Logistics

Supports lodging services for guests by providing courteous, efficient front desk assistance, managing reservations, and verifying eligibility.

• Operates the front desk according to policies, confirms reservations, and assists with check-in/check-out.
• Coordinates lodging arrangements, performs background checks, and communicates with healthcare teams to ensure patient accommodations.
• Answers guest inquiries, monitors room inventory, and maintains security and safety procedures.
• Trains team members, manages reservations using property systems, and ensures guest satisfaction.
• Performs duties such as night auditing, reporting, and facilitating travel arrangements at the airport.
• Requires customer service experience, knowledge of healthcare and lodging processes, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends,, holidays, and on-call shifts.
• Minimum high school diploma, with experience levels varying by role, and ability to operate multiple systems and communicate effectively.
