Seeking a Logistics Coordinator and 3rd shift Forklift Operator in Avon, CT, earning $23/hr. The schedule is Sunday-Thursday, 10 PM-6 AM, with training on first shift (8 AM-4 PM) for a few weeks. The Logistics Coordinator oversees supply chain operations, reviews and routes purchase orders, ensures safe and timely shipments, monitors costs and productivity, resolves shipment and inventory issues, liaises with suppliers and retailers, and handles customer queries. The Forklift Operator requires a high school diploma or GED, at least 1 year of high lift experience, strong communication, negotiation, organizational, and problem-solving skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office and logistics software.
