The Logistics Coordinator will assist the shipping department and shop floor to ensure the smooth and consistent flow of materials through the operation. AS THE LOGISTICS COORDINATORYOU WILL:
- Work with operations and shipping team to plan outbound orders to both domestic and international customers
- Coordinate with shipping to plan and execute shipments weeks to months ahead of schedule
- Ensure document compliance for customers and internal audits
- Maintain export documentation, work with international countries to assure custom expectations are met
- Support floor operations by assisting with inbound and outbound warehouse responsibilities as required
- Assist in inventory control and cycle counts as needed
WHO YOU ARE:

- High school degree required; some college preferred
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft work suite is required
- Experience in SAP is preferred
- Strong written and oral communication skills are required
- Attention to detail and follow us is crucial
- Must have legal authorization to work in the United States
Physical job requirements
- Regularly required to walk or stand
- Occasionally required to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, or crouch
- Must be able to withstand extreme temperatures outdoors (heat and cold)
- Must regularly lift or move up to 35 pounds
