Seeking a Logistics Coordinator to support operations with administrative tasks and ensure smooth business functions.
Responsibilities include researching receiving discrepancies, preparing driver paperwork for 10-12 outbound trucks daily, assisting with cycle counts and audits, monitoring reports for overloads or errors, coordinating truck inspections and maintenance, managing driver DOT files, collecting drug test results, investigating accidents, and possibly handling truck runs or driver pickups.
Qualifications require a high school diploma or GED, up to 3 years of related experience, and intermediate skills in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, email, and internet.
The position offers a starting pay of $25/hr based on experience, with full-time benefits such as health coverage, life insurance, 401(k), paid time off, holidays, and additional perks.
