Role:

As a Logistics & Inventory Specialist, you will oversee domestic and international shipping for site deployments and support inventory operations at the Torrance manufacturing facility.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end logistics, including carrier selection, booking, and tracking.
  • Prepare and audit export documentation such as invoices, packing lists, and customs paperwork.
  • Identify and resolve transit delays or damages to prevent production impact.
  • Maintain material traceability and proper handling standards.
  • Verify incoming materials for quality and accuracy.
  • Execute inventory transactions accurately within ERP systems.
  • Conduct cycle counts and resolve stock discrepancies.
  • Monitor shelf-life, perform stock rotations, and stage components for production.
  • Support warehouse workflow improvements and safety standards.

  • Qualifications:
  • 2+ years experience managing shipments in manufacturing environments.
  • Knowledge of various shipping modes, customs documentation, and Incoterms.
  • Proficiency with ERP/WMS systems and inventory management.
  • Experience with material traceability in regulated settings (AS9100).
  • Physical ability to stand and lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office).
