The Logistics Process and BI Manager reports to the Director of Logistics and oversees process improvements, business intelligence, and accounts payables for a global logistics function supporting around 250 plants and over $M in spend across 6,000+ trade lanes.
Responsibilities include leading global logistics system implementations, developing KPIs, driving continuous improvement through emerging technologies, and acting as a liaison between logistics and IT.
The role involves partnering with various stakeholders, managing external vendors, and developing logistics strategies.
Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred), 10+ years in logistics or related fields, experience with TMS (preferably OTM), BI platforms, and strong communication skills.
Compensation includes a base salary plus a target bonus of 12.5%.
