We are seeking a contract Logistics Reporting Analyst for a 12-month onsite role in Deer Park, NY, working night shift (Mon-Fri, 5:00 PM - 1:30 AM ET). The candidate must be proficient in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPS, macros) and have at least 1 year of related experience. Responsibilities include reconciling postage charges from a US Government Client, developing operational reports, identifying billing discrepancies, researching receipts, updating databases, and maintaining spreadsheets to meet SLAs. Effective communication with clients, vendors, and internal teams is essential. Strong organizational, research, and analytical skills are required, along with flexibility to work overtime during peak periods.
