Seeking a Logistics Specialist Lead (2nd Shift) to oversee stockroom operations, ensuring timely processing of materials while maintaining quality and safety standards.

  • Lead and train team members, assign tasks, and monitor activities such as receiving, stocking, disbursement, and shipping of materials.
  • Make high-impact decisions related to inventory flow, prioritize work, and ensure efficient operations.
  • Conduct safety audits, support continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, 5S), and manage special projects.
  • Maintain inventory accuracy, perform cycle counts, and interface with other departments to ensure inventory integrity.
  • Ensure compliance with FAA, quality, and safety regulations; support customer service activities.
  • Proficiency in inventory systems, Microsoft Office, and strong interpersonal skills are required.

  • Must be able to lift up to 50lbs, stand for long periods, and have a valid driver’s license.
