Requires 2+ years of leadership and logistics experience, proficiency with warehouse equipment, strong organizational and communication skills, and computer literacy.
Preferred experience includes high-volume distribution or manufacturing.
Educational requirement is an associate degree or equivalent.
Work environment is warehouse-based, with physical demands.
