We are seeking a Logistics Supervisor to oversee domestic and international shipments, ensuring accurate documentation, compliance, and timely delivery.
- Coordinate shipments, monitor delays, resolve issues, and serve as escalation point for service failures and customs challenges.
- Supervise, coach, and mentor Logistics and Customs Specialists, prioritizing workload to meet operational goals.
- Audit freight invoices for accuracy, support compliance with import/export regulations, and analyze logistics data for cost savings and process improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance logistics performance and resolve operational issues.
- Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with at least 6 years in logistics, including 2 years of supervision, proficiency in MS Office, and preferred experience in import/export compliance and customs systems.
- Prior supervisory experience and knowledge of U.S. import/export regulations are highly valued.
