Seeking a motivated, technically-skilled salesperson to develop new business and grow existing accounts in the commercial sector (offices, schools, healthcare, warehouses, data centers).
You'll build relationships with GCs, electrical contractors, IT managers, and facility directors, converting them into signed contracts.
Responsibilities include prospecting and closing structured cabling, security, and wireless projects, conducting site walks, selling full turn-key solutions (Cat6/6A, fiber, Wi-Fi, digital signage), partnering with estimators to win bids, managing the full sales cycle, maintaining a CRM pipeline, and attending networking events.
Ideal candidates have 3+ years of B2B sales experience in low voltage, electrical, IT, or construction, with knowledge of structured cabling and ability to read blueprints. Existing relationships with GCs and electrical contractors are a plus. A hunter mentality and professional appearance are essential, with bonuses for certifications.
Compensation includes a base salary ($65k–$95k), uncapped commissions, monthly car allowance, gas card, company equipment, health benefits, 401(k), PTO, and holidays.
