LTC Certified Nursing Assistant- Full Time Days

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform patient-centered care activities under supervision, ensuring high-quality, evidence-based practices.
• Collaborate with the care team to meet patient needs and improve care experiences.
• Document patient care, including hygiene, mobility, and vital signs, while promoting safety.
• Provide education to enhance patient outcomes and identify risks to prevent crises.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED preferred; must be 18 years old.
• Valid State of Wisconsin CNA Certification and BLS certification required.

Physical Demands:

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform various physical tasks.
• Exposure to bloodborne pathogens and potential hazards in the work environment.

Scheduled hours: 36 per week, 5:30 AM to 5:30 PM, at Juliette Manor, Berlin, Wisconsin.
