Job Overview We are currently seeking reliable and hardworking Lumpers to support warehouse operations in Fort Worth. This is an ongoing opportunity contingent on business needs, offering consistent work for candidates who demonstrate strong performance and reliability.
Key Responsibilities
Manually load and unload freight from trucks and trailers
Break down pallets and organize product within the warehouse
Assist with sorting and staging inventory for distribution
Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Follow all warehouse safety guidelines and procedures
Requirements
Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50+ lbs consistently
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment
Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
