Position Description:

The Machine Operators are responsible for safe operation of assigned production equipment.


Responsibilities:

  • Clear jams and report Equipment problems to Supervisor.
  • Operate assigned equipment to make plastic bottles and containers.
  • Operate labelers, trimmers, palletizers, stretch wrappers, banding machines, and other related equipment.
  • Perform quality checks following all safety policies including Lock Out / Tag Out procedures.
  • Follow all Good Manufacturing Practices GMP rules.
  • Maintain a clean working area.
  • Report food safety issues.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.


Qualifications:

  • Must be able to work every other weekend.
  • High School Diploma or GED is preferred
  • Computer skills.(Preferred/Will be trained)
  • Demonstrate initiative.
