We are seeking an experienced Machinist to set up, operate, and troubleshoot conventional and CNC machine tools for precision parts production.
- Interpret engineering drawings and specifications to ensure accurate fabrication.
- Improvise tooling and document procedures for consistency.
- Supervise and mentor junior machinists and apprentices.
- Maintain a safe, organized workspace in compliance with safety policies.
- Collaborate with engineering on design and prototyping.
- Develop preventive maintenance for equipment.
- Coordinate scrap removal and support manufacturing with custom tools and fixtures.
- Maintain MSDS for chemicals used.
- Qualifications include proven machining experience, blueprint reading, CNC programming, leadership skills, and a focus on safety and continuous improvement.
