We are seeking an experienced Machinist to operate and set up conventional and CNC machine tools for precision part manufacturing.
- Set up, adjust, and operate machines to perform complex machining with close tolerances and specific finishes.
- Interpret engineering drawings and specifications for accurate fabrication.
- Program, troubleshoot, and maintain CNC equipment; develop preventive maintenance plans.
- Supervise, mentor, and collaborate with engineering and production teams.
- Ensure safety, organize work environment, and document procedures for consistency.
- Design and fabricate tools, fixtures, and jigs as needed.
- Maintain MSDS records and coordinate scrap removal.
Qualifications: - Proven machining experience, proficiency in blueprints, CAD, and CNC programming.
- Strong knowledge of materials, tooling, and machining principles.
