As a Mail Services Coordinator, you will support mailroom operations, shipping, receiving, and campus moves in a campus-based role. Your responsibilities include sorting mail, applying postage, shipping packages via DHL and UPS, accepting vendor deliveries, delivering items across campus, assisting with moves, and managing supplies. You will handle special projects, respond to inquiries, and support departmental logistics, emphasizing teamwork.
Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, up to 2 years of related experience, basic computer skills (Outlook, MS Office), strong organizational abilities, and adherence to safety guidelines. Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship. This on-site role is based in Spring, TX.
