Description

Job Purpose:
Serves customers by receiving and relaying customer requests; providing clerical support.

Duties:
* Receives customer requests by preparing work orders.

* Fills customer requests by relaying work orders to supervisors and subcontractors.

* Keeps customers informed by communicating status of work orders; answering questions; responding to requests.

* Maintains continuity of work operations by communicating requirements to supervisors  and subcontractors.

* Keeps information accessible by sorting and filing documents.

* Prepares reports by collecting and summarizing data.

* Provides clerical support by entering and printing data.

* Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities.

* Accomplishes maintenance and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
