They supervise maintenance staff, develop preventive maintenance programs, manage budgets, and coordinate third-party contractors.
The role involves ensuring compliance with safety standards, maintaining records, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives like SQDCI and TPS.
The manager prepares reports, collaborates with other departments to optimize plant facilities, and provides employee training, hiring support, and coaching.
Qualifications include 5-10 years in manufacturing, 1-3 years supervisory experience, and knowledge in carpentry, electrical, plumbing, safety, and maintenance programs.
Strong understanding of OSHA standards, plant security, Lean manufacturing, and HR principles is essential.
This is a 100% onsite role reporting to the Plant Manager.
