This role is based at an expanding petrochemical manufacturing plant with three nearby production facilities, producing specialty lubricants like transformer oils at 10,000 barrels per day. The individual will join the maintenance & reliability team, reporting to the Maintenance & Engineering Manager, and will be responsible for ensuring the mechanical integrity and reliability of rotating equipment such as drivers, pumps, and compressors.
They will ensure compliance with codes and standards, assist operations, maintenance, and turnaround teams, and help develop maintenance strategies.
Strong collaboration with site teams and maintaining equipment performance are key aspects.
Requirements include a B.S. degree.
The location offers good schools in Bossier, Haughton, and Benton.
