The Maintenance Supervisor supports production departments by training and leading machine maintenance personnel in the repair and upgrade of injection molding equipment.
Essential functions include supervising machine set-ups, troubleshooting electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical issues, and developing preventive maintenance programs.
They complete reports on machine conditions, collaborate with other departments to resolve equipment problems, and manage maintenance schedules and projects.
Additional responsibilities involve troubleshooting, enforcing safety and food safety policies, and performing other duties as assigned.
Requirements include a preferred bachelor’s degree, 5-7 years of experience in injection molding and maintenance supervision, with skills in mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
The role involves interaction with management, quality, safety, and vendor personnel and reports to the Maintenance Manager.
