Manage a team of equipment maintenance technicians responsible for ensuring equipment availability and optimal performance. Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on electro-mechanical, robotic, and pneumatic manufacturing equipment. Develop and maintain maintenance, calibration schedules, and documentation. Support engineering and manufacturing activities, including 5S, Lean manufacturing, material handling, production line setup, and safety procedures. Oversee workload, train team members, and coordinate with cross-functional teams such as Engineering, Quality, and Production. Manage spare parts inventory and lead internal maintenance and minor contractor projects.
Bring a degree in Engineering or Physical Sciences or equivalent experience, with strong preventive maintenance skills and multi-craft expertise (Hydraulics, Pneumatics, Electronics, Mechanical). Familiarity with PLC troubleshooting (Siemens, Allen Bradley) is preferred. Ability to meet deadlines, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple responsibilities is essential.
