Seeking a full-time Maintenance Supervisor for a 200-unit garden-style property.
Responsible for supervising maintenance staff, managing work orders, and overseeing property upkeep, repairs, and capital projects.
Develops schedules, manages budgets, maintains vendor relationships, and ensures safety and compliance standards.
Conducts inspections, trains staff, and implements energy-saving initiatives.
Requires 5-10 years of maintenance supervisory experience, strong knowledge of building systems, leadership skills, and a valid driver's license.
Physical demands include lifting heavy items, working at heights, and outdoor conditions.
Work schedule is Monday-Friday with on-call duties; may include weekends.
