As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will oversee maintenance operations in a senior living community, ensuring safety, compliance, and quality service delivery.
- Supervise maintenance staff, assign workloads, evaluate performance, and assist with hiring decisions.
- Manage maintenance activities, budgets, and schedules while ensuring adherence to local and state codes.
- Perform and oversee preventative maintenance, repair projects, and equipment replacements.
- Develop policies, negotiate contracts, and inspect subcontractor work to maintain safety standards.
- Maintain records, generate reports, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements include: a valid driver’s license, basic computer skills, extensive knowledge of maintenance practices, safety standards, and strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Preferred certifications include a State Builder’s License and HVAC.
