Maintenance Supervisor

The Judge Group is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for a manufacturing company located in the Sylacauga, AL area

Title: Maintenance Supervisor

Location: Sylacauga, AL

Salary: $90,000 - $100,000

Responsibilities

1. Safety

1. • Participate in safety meetings and promote engagement.

1. • Aim for zero incidents and report near misses.

2. Environmental

2. • Schedule and assign environmental PM jobs.

2. • Ensure no environmental incidents and report issues.

3. Crisis Management

3. • Troubleshoot and analyze equipment failures.

3. • Secure parts during emergencies.

4. Quality

4. • Set high standards for quality work.

4. • Prioritize quality-related work orders and report issues.

5. Productivity

5. • Minimize wasted time and ensure efficient use of resources.

5. • Hold crews accountable and participate in hiring.

5. • Conduct performance reviews and evaluate new hires.

6. Planning and Scheduling

6. • Participate in daily maintenance meetings.

6. • Review work orders and schedule work.

Qualifications:

1.       5+ years of manufacturing maintenance supervisory experience

2.       Heavy industry experience preferred (chemical, pulp/paper, metals, etc.)

3.       Experience working with CMMS system
