Our client in Middlebury, CT is hiring a Direct Hire Maintenance Supervisor with a salary of $115,000 - $120,000. The role involves supervising maintenance technicians, providing training, and performing hands-on troubleshooting, repairs, and preventive maintenance on packaging and facility equipment such as blister machines, conveyors, chillers, and boilers.
Requirements include 5+ years in equipment maintenance within a regulated manufacturing environment, 2+ years of supervisory experience, and strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills. Candidates should be familiar with GMP, FDA regulations, and industry standards.
Work hours are Monday-Thursday, 6am-4:30pm, with potential OT. Responsibilities include developing maintenance schedules, maintaining accurate records, and coordinating with vendors.
