What you'll get to do: Specific duties to include, but are not limited to the following: * Perform repairs and maintenance in plant or office facilities to include sheetrock, taping, mudding and paint. * Typically performs work in one or more of the maintenance trades: carpentry, plumbing, painting, machine and equipment repair, electrical. * Conduct routine, periodic, or special inspections to determine repair and maintenance work necessary to prevent breakdowns of facilities, machinery, and equipment. * Test, inspect, troubleshoot, and repair machines and equipment. * Uses blueprints, sketches, layouts, wiring diagrams, drawings, and specifications. * Performs repairs and maintenance in plant or office facilities, or on machines and equipment. * Uses hand and power tools.

This position's standard work schedule is a 9/80A. The 9/80 schedule allows employees who work a nine-hour day Monday through Thursday to take every other Friday off. Basic Qualifications: * High School Diploma or GED with 4 years of experience working in the Facility Maintenance. * Experience with general maintenance processes, methods and problem-solving skills. * Experience utilizing tools, common appliances and devices. * Maintenance Management System/Program experience such as L2L, Maximo, Maintenance Connect etc. * Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government DoD Secret security clearance
Preferred Qualifications: * Experience working in a mission critical facility environment by participating in maintenance activities for several different trade disciplines. * Proficient with MS Office suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint and or Databases. * Preventative Maintenance Planning. * Ability to perform effectively in a team environment. * Systems Furniture. * Facilities Work Authorization. * Data analysis and reporting.Salary Range: $56,500 - $94,400
The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
