Southern Point Staffing has a career opportunity for a Maintenance Technician!
Responsibilities and Duties:- Work in close collaboration with the respective Department Directors and Managers.
- Teaches any non-certified agency required trainings.
- Receives and maintains current instructor certifications.
- Maintain multiple campuses
- work well with others on the team for maintenance goals
- Represent yourself and company well
- Promotes and protects individuals' rights, especially the right to freely make and express preferences in choices regarding their daily living and care, if such rights/choices are not detrimental to individuals' wellbeing.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Experience:- Requires a High School diploma or GED
- Minimum of 3 years' experience working in the capacity of maintenance repairs
- Must have a valid Driver's License (any state)
- General knowledge over HVAC, Electrical, plumbing and carpentry, Residential maintenance
- Preferred at least 1-year experience working with adults and/or children with developmental disabilities or mental health issues.
Schedule and Compensation:- $14/hr starting pay and an increase after being hired on.
- Supplemental Medical insurance with net zero cost, benefits increase once hired on
- Monday-Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm EST.
