Job Summary

We are seeking experienced and motivated Industrial Maintenance Technicians to support operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for the installation, troubleshooting, repair, and preventative maintenance of industrial machinery and equipment while maintaining a safe and efficient workplace.

Candidates should possess strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting abilities, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a maintenance team.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair industrial equipment and machinery
  • Read and interpret technical manuals and maintenance documentation
  • Perform preventative maintenance, inspections, calibration, cleaning, and lubrication of equipment
  • Install and replace machine parts and components
  • Dismantle and rebuild equipment as needed
  • Perform minor welding and fabrication repairs
  • Conduct minor facility maintenance including:
    • Plumbing repairs
    • Fixture and fitting repairs
    • Surface repair and painting
    • Replacing bulbs and lighting fixtures
  • Maintain maintenance inventories and monitor stock levels
  • Standardize maintenance components and replacement parts
  • Train production employees on routine maintenance and equipment care
  • Support operators by answering maintenance-related questions and providing technical guidance
  • Prepare maintenance reports and document maintenance trends and repairs
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives related to productivity and quality
  • Maintain department documentation and records
  • Follow all company safety procedures including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO)
  • Perform additional duties as assigned

Required Qualifications:

  • Experience working in a manufacturing or industrial maintenance environment
  • Mechanical troubleshooting and repair skills
  • Electrical wiring and electrical troubleshooting experience
  • Strong technical problem-solving abilities
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to read and understand technical instructions and measurements
  • Ability to use both hands and arms in a coordinated and skillful manner
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds frequently
  • Ability to stand, walk, squat, crawl, and bend for extended periods
  • Flexibility to work various shifts and schedules as needed

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Industrial Maintenance certificate or technical degree
  • Experience with robotics, automation, PLCs, or mechatronics
  • Welding and fabrication experience
  • Preventative maintenance experience in manufacturing
