We are seeking a Manager, Bot Reliability Engineering to lead the development and scaling of autonomous robotic systems in large-scale warehouse environments.
Responsibilities include
- leading root-cause analysis and system improvements for extensive robot fleets
- overseeing integration of hardware, control software, and operational workflows
- driving data-driven performance optimization through telemetry and diagnostics
- managing and mentoring a team of engineers to ensure reliability, resilience, and scalability
Requirements entail - 8+ years in robotics or automation, with 3+ years in leadership
- expertise in systems engineering, hardware-software integration, and data analysis
- hands-on experience with complex distributed systems in real-world environments
- familiarity with Agile, Linux, and version control systems
Travel may be required, with a focus on building reliable, high-performance robotic systems to meet customer KPIs.
