Seeking an experienced Manager of Design Assurance to lead the Design Assurance team within the Quality Assurance department.
Responsibilities include managing and mentoring the team, collaborating with leadership, guiding new product development teams on global Design Controls, Process Development, and Risk Management policies, and participating in design reviews.
The role involves developing and implementing global policies, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and fostering employee growth through training and feedback.
Qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, Manufacturing, Biomedical preferred), at least 3 years of experience in R&D or quality assurance, and strong knowledge of Design Controls and Risk Management systems.
The position is mainly office-based with occasional domestic/international travel, requiring flexibility to communicate outside regular hours.
