The Manager, Glade Operations oversees creating a safe and engaging public space, collaborating with the Director to deliver exceptional guest experiences and operational excellence.
- Provide administrative support, develop SOPs, and interpret operational data.
- Support staff hiring, onboarding, and guest service training.
- Coordinate with land management, maintenance, security, and vendors to ensure site upkeep and safety.
- Manage guest concern responses, evaluate satisfaction, and support programming and events.
- Serve as Manager On Duty and become an expert in ice plant and water treatment systems.
- Assist with yearlong programming and vendor collaboration to maintain high guest standards.
Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, 3-5 years of related supervisory work, event management success, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Must have excellent communication skills, ability to build relationships, and willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays. A valid driver's license is required, with physical ability to work outdoors, lift up to 40 pounds, and navigate uneven terrain.
