Ideal candidates will have a bachelor’s degree in mechanical or chemical engineering, over 10 years of manufacturing/industrial experience, at least 5 years in maintenance supervision, and proficiency with CMMS, reliability systems, and preventive/predictive maintenance. Preferred skills include lean methodologies, BMS, DCS/PLC knowledge.
