The Manager, Software Development Engineering oversees development, implementation, and support of applications, leading project planning and strategy.
Location: Hybrid/KS/Chicago, IL/IA/Manassas, VA/Wilmington, DE; onsite 4 days/week.
Requires 10+ years of experience, recent UI/React project leadership, and proficiency in ReactJS; NodeJS/Next.js preferred.
Must have experience with DevOps, Agile, ITSM, ITIL, ALM, and SDLC practices.
Responsibilities include team leadership, strategic planning, process optimization, and performance management.
Qualifications include strong leadership, communication skills, Agile experience, front-end development (3+ years), and a relevant degree or equivalent.
Travel estimated at 10-30%.
