The Manager, Sport Workforce and Planning will lead workforce planning, recruitment, and training for the Olympic and Paralympic Games, ensuring a skilled sport workforce across all sports.
They will coordinate with internal teams and sports organizations, manage candidate pools, develop policies, and oversee testing and training activities.
The role includes project management, reporting, and supporting cross-functional initiatives related to sport operations.
Requirements include 5+ years of project management experience, a bachelor’s degree, strong organizational and communication skills, and experience in sports or event planning.
