We are seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to support production operations in a small, technical manufacturing environment.
Initially, you'll troubleshoot manufacturing issues on the production floor, interpret engineering drawings, and collaborate with teams to resolve quality and process deviations.
Your responsibilities include maintaining work instructions, supporting root cause analysis, and partnering with engineering teams on tooling and fixture performance.
Over time, you'll focus on process improvements, time studies, ERP data management, capacity planning, and supporting new product launches.
Qualifications include a bachelor's degree in engineering, 3-6 years of manufacturing experience, strong communication skills, and familiarity with electromechanical assembly. Experience with ISO9001 and continuous improvement methods is a plus.
