We are seeking a Manufacturing Engineer/CNC Programmer - Milling to join our high-impact aerospace team in East Aurora, NY.
In this role, you will develop and optimize CNC milling processes, create detailed programs, troubleshoot manufacturing issues, review drawings for manufacturability, and support continuous improvement initiatives. Hands-on experience with multi-axis CNC milling, machine setup, and programming (preferably using Siemens NX) is essential.
Qualifications include a technical degree with 3+ years of relevant experience or equivalent, with preferred backgrounds in aerospace, machine automation, and machining materials like stainless steel, titanium, and aluminum.
