This role is for a Manufacturing Engineer (Electronics Fabrication, Level 2) supporting the development and maintenance of manufacturing processes for electrical wiring and harness assemblies in a missile and fire-control systems environment.


Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and supporting manufacturing processes and work instructions
  • Creating rework and repair procedures based on quality notifications
  • Participating in design reviews and process improvements
  • Validating new equipment and collaborating with cross-functional teams

The ideal candidate is a collaborative engineer with experience in process improvement, lean manufacturing, technical documentation, and proficiency with relevant standards and ERP systems. Must be a U.S. citizen with the ability to obtain a security clearance. The position offers flexible schedules, a full-time onsite work environment, and opportunities to impact critical defense systems.
