Seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to support the production of high-value aircraft transparency products in a complex, low-volume environment.
Responsibilities include troubleshooting non-conforming products, analyzing returns, supporting manufacturing processes (notably polycarbonate panel forming), defining tooling needs, collaborating on product design, developing BOMs and work instructions, and driving process improvements using Lean principles.
Qualifications include a BS in Engineering, 3+ years of relevant experience, aerospace/defense background preferred, and Six Sigma Green Belt or similar training is a plus. US citizenship or permanent residency required.
