Seeking an experienced Manufacturing Engineer to support high‑mix, high‑volume circuit card, wiring harness, and electro‑assembly production in Ocala, FL.

  • Design, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes, ensuring process stability and product quality.
  • Lead root-cause analyses and develop corrective actions to reduce defects and rework.
  • Collaborate with operations and quality teams to meet delivery schedules and adhere to specifications.
  • Evaluate equipment performance, recommend upgrades, and document work instructions and process parameters.
  • Apply data analytics, interpret electrical schematics, and utilize CAD software for process development.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Aerospace, or related engineering, manufacturing experience, and familiarity with IPC standards. The role offers flexible schedules, a full-time onsite position, and opportunities for professional growth. U.S. citizenship is required due to facility access restrictions.
