This position requires a candidate with 5-7 years of manufacturing or process engineering experience, particularly in a floor-oriented environment.
Proficiency in reading prints and a proven track record of continuous improvement are essential.
Experience with fiberglass, automotive, or agricultural industries is preferred.
Strong floor communication skills, including working effectively with assembly workers, are a must.
While IE work is secondary, it's also acceptable.
The candidate should demonstrate a focus on safety and be capable of working within a cross-functional team or independently when needed.
Tool design experience and basic metrology skills (calipers, straight edges, measuring tapes) are advantageous.
Qualification level is B.
